standard industry jargon

yesterday we held a written test for the position of finance and budget manager. today i was going through the candidates answers. not a very exciting pool of candidate, unfortunately. finance is not my field -but even the finance types told me this.

depreciation – when stuff* fall apart.

*use the s— word for stronger effect.
